
Fine Art of Photography

Today I learned of photography for the first time. I learned basic lighting and basic camera buttons and was excited to try out and see what I could create using paper such as tin foil and tissue paper. I twisted the tissue paper and used it at different angles to create interesting shapes that worked well in the photos. I already have projects due on my other classes but the good thing is that I am ready and interested to learn on how I can create visual compelling images to create art. I had no idea on how to use cameras or new much about photography from the other side of the camera so I learned of artists like Aaron Siskind which used abstract expressionism and that interested me since he focused on details of nature and architecture after World War II.
